This is proving to be especially true when it comes to rhythm-based games, such as Voez and Deemo. Lost in Harmony is another rhythm-based mobile game adapted for Switch, developed by DigixArt. Unfortunately, Lost in Harmony ’s blended gameplay mechanics don’t always mesh together all that well. Lost in Harmony is a very ambitious title that mixes a surprisingly infectious soundtrack with frantic and fun rhythm-platformer gameplay. It’s one musical romp that’s great for rhythm game players of all sorts, and I can’t wait to see what DigixArt does next! All this publication's reviews. Lost in harmony review. Review: Lost in Harmony The video game industry has grown well beyond the concept of score chasing and arcade action. We live in a time where one can make a game with virtually any concept. Lost in Harmony attempts to put together a mash-up, mixing elements of the rhythm genre with some of the play of an endless runner. This formula might have struck a harmonious chord on the game's original mobile platforms, but it quickly goes out of tune after making its jump over to the Nintendo Switch. Despite the fact that some art doesn't mesh well, Lost in Harmony: The Musical Odyssey is a beautiful rhythmic adventure that even a rhythm game amateur like myself can enjoy. Both story modes have a short yet satisfying plot with exciting music that really keeps the pace right where it should be.
